Court backs FDJ monopoly, rejects Stanleybet/bwin claims

The French Council of State has backed FDJ’s monopoly for retail sports betting and online lottery games, rejecting requests from both Stanleybet and bwin who had asked for laws protecting the French state-owned operator to be amended.
