Utah congressional candidate Stephen Sandstrom has introduced a new bill which clarifies that the prohibition of gambling within the state of Utah includes any form of internet and mobile devices, while a new bill has also been introduced in the state of Hawaii which would establish a state-owned lottery and gaming corporation to offer online gambling to residents.
