Committee approves bill to allow mobile gaming in NJ casinos

New Jersey’s Senate State Government, Wagering, Tourism & Historic Preservation Committee has approved a bill which would allow the state’s licensed casinos to offer mobile gambling within their premises.

Sponsored by Senator Jim Whelan, bill S-1323 would make a number of changes to the regulatory structure of casino gaming in New Jersey.
