Playtech senior non-executive director Alan Jackson is to assume the chairman's office following Roger Withers' decision to retire after seven years in the role.
Withers will step down as chairman after a board meeting scheduled for October 9th, having served with the company since its initial public offering in March 2006, but will continue to advise Playtech on strategic initiatives.
