Two German state lottery operators have launched new online gaming platforms which allow state residents to play a range of authorised lottery games via the internet.
The launches follow the implementation of the new State Treaty on Gaming earlier this year on July 1st, and comes three years after state lotteries were forced to shut down their online businesses after the previous State Treaty prohibited online lottery games.
