Probability eyes UK growth with £2.8m placing

Mobile gambling provider Probability plc. says it plans to increase its UK consumer advertising expenditure after conditionally raising £2.8m through the placing of new shares.

The placing, which is subject to shareholder approval, is expected to provide £2.6m in net proceeds to the company, enabling it to pursue further growth in its UK business-to-consumer offering which includes the mobile gambling brands LadyLuck's and Moobile.
