Amaya Gaming Group shareholders voted Wednesday in favour of all resolutions related to the proposed acquisition of Rational Group, including a change of name to Amaya Inc.
The approval means that Amaya has now obtained all necessary shareholder and regulatory consents for the acquisition, with the company noting that it will “now move expeditiously towards completion of the proposed transaction”.
