The Deutsche Sportlotterie (DSL), a non-profit lottery which raises funds for Germany’s Olympic and Paralympic athletes, has been forced to delay its launch after failing to secure approval to advertise to players.
The DSL had originally planned to launch in September, having secured an operating licence from Germany’s national regulator the Glücksspielkollegium. However it is yet to obtain an advertising permit.
