German gaming operator mybet Holdings has sold its Italian subsidiary Mybet Italia as part of its continuing efforts to focus on core markets and return to growth.
The business launched in the regulated Italian market in 2012 and has been acquired through a management buy-out led by managing director Gianluca Torricelli, for an undisclosed sum.
