Zukido is set to split its consultancy business from its software development arm with the foundation of a new company called iGaming Ideas.
Zukido founder David Sargeant has not sold the business but will devote the majority of his time to the incubation of start-up companies with iGaming Ideas. Zukido will continue to be run by operations director Andrew Robins.
iGaming Ideas will launch a seed fund for entrepreneurs in the online gaming and sports betting sector.
