London-listed gaming operator Sportech has applied for permission to appeal a court decision that saw Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) successfully overturn a £93m VAT repayment ruling.
Sportech has filed its application with the Upper Tribunal, seeking approval to lodge an appeal with the Court of Appeal.
