Gaming technology provider Cantor Gaming and Wagering has been hit with a multi-million dollar lawsuit by bankrupt futures broker Refco Inc., a former investor in Cantor Index Holdings Inc., which is claiming partial ownership of Cantor's technology for remote gambling.
