Caputo legislation seeks to rewrite licensing rules for NJ iGaming

New Jersey Assemblyman Ralph Caputo has introduced legislation requiring internet gambling vendors to be licensed as casinos.

Caputo, an outspoken opponent of online poker operator PokerStars – and online gaming in general – believes that iGaming vendors should be licensed as casino operators as opposed to ordinary casino vendors.
