Amaya agrees CAD$476m sale of Cadillac Jack to AGS

Continuing to divest its B2B assets, Canada's Amaya has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its land-based gaming subsidiary, Cadillac Jack to American Gaming Systems (AGS).

Amaya has agreed to sell 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Amaya Americas Corporation, Cadillac Jack’s indirect parent company, to AGS, an affiliate of funds managed by Apollo Global Management, for an aggregate price of CAD$476m (US$370m).
