CG Technology agrees record settlement with Nevada regulator

CG Technology, the new corporate identity for Cantor Gaming, has agreed to pay a record $5.5m as part of its settlement with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

The settlement, the highest in Nevada history, follows the release of an eighteen-count complaint from the regulator last week which claimed that the company failed to supervise its former vice president Michael Colbert who was involved in a nationwide illegal sports betting ring.
