Swedish online gaming operator Unibet has agreed a settlement with Dutch state lottery operator De Lotto, bringing an end to legal proceedings that began seven years ago.
In 2007, De Lotto brought procedures against several Unibet legal entities, arguing that the operator was breaching the Dutch Betting & Gaming Act by facilitating Dutch citizen’s participation in gambling without a licence.
