Italian gaming and lottery supplier GTECH has completed the acquisition of Unicredit’s stake in Italian instant ticket Scratch & Win concession Lotterie Nazionali.
Through the exercise of the call option announced earlier this month, GTECH has acquired the entire interest indirectly held by UniCredit in the Italian Gratta e Vinci (Scratch & Win) licensee, Lotterie Nazionali S.r.l, for a total consideration of approximately €72m.
