Austrian gaming giant NOVOMATIC has significantly increased its minority stake in Casinos Austria’s lottery division Österreichischen Lotterien (ÖLG).
Having acquired a 7.94 per cent stake in the business from Austrian private investment firm B&C Industrieholding last month, NOVOMATIC now indirectly holds an 18 per cent stake in ÖLG.
