Mobile games developer Glu Mobile has announced an underwritten public offering of 8.575m shares of common stock as it looks to raise capital to acquire or invest in businesses or technologies that complement its existing operations.
The stock has been priced at $3.50 per share to raise gross proceeds of approximately $30m, with the company also granting its underwriters a thirty day option to purchase up to 1,286,250 additional shares to cover overallotments.
