Celsius Coal, an Australian company previously focused exclusively on the mining industry, has taken aim at the online gaming market with an agreement to acquire sports betting platform provider Favourit.
The deal marks a major shift in direction for Celsius, which will look to divest its remaining interests in mining ventures or have them maintained by a strategic partner in order to focus entirely on developing the Favourit offering.
