Missouri Representative Scott Fitzpatrick has introduced legislation to allow fantasy sports to be offered legally within the state.
The bill seeks to amend Missouri senate bill 491 to state that the offering and operating of a fantasy contest does not constitute advance gambling activity and is therefore legal.
