Australian gaming supplier Ainsworth Game Technologies has finalised its acquisition of US-based games and systems manufacturer Nova Technologies for a purchase price of US$38m.
All necessary approvals have been completed, allowing Ainsworth to close the transaction ahead of time, funding the financial consideration using existing credit facilities.
