German horse racing operator and marketing specialist Rennsport Management (RSM) has closed down, citing the inaction of German authorities for allowing offshore operators to drive them out of business.
Its closure means that RSM will cease to offer marketing services for the sport, as well as its management of racetracks in the cities of Hamburg and Gelsenkirchen. It will also shut down Winrace.de, Germany’s only legal horse racing betting platform.
