Toronto-listed Amaya Gaming Group has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Ongame B2B poker and platform provider to Sweden’s NYX Gaming Group, and will also make a $10m investment in the business.
NYX will take ownership of the Gibraltar-based Ongame Network and its Stockholm-based subsidiaries which own and operate its B2B online poker business and B2B player management system, the AGO platform.
