California Attorney General Kamala Harris has asked a US District Court to issue a permanent injunction against DesertRoseBingo.com, the newly launched real-money online bingo site from the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel.
The state is seeking appropriate injunctive relief to prevent the Tribe from offering California residents online bingo via DesertRoseBingo.com, which was launched earlier this month with supplier Great Luck.
