For the fourth year in a row, Representative Bobby Moak has reintroduced a bill to regulate online gambling in the US state of Mississippi.
The Mississippi Lawful Internet Gaming Act of 2015 (HB306), is similar to bills introduced by Representative Moak in each of the past three years, and is in response to the US Department of Justice’s reinterpretation of the Wire Act in 2011.
