Lawmakers in the US state of Minnesota are trying again with legislation to block the online sale of lottery tickets, having failed with a similar measure last year.
Bill HF374 would see the director of the state lottery suspend the online sale of instant win lottery tickets, including all contracts related to the activity, by October 30th.
