German gaming giant Gauselmann Group has confirmed the acquisition of Sceptre Leisure, the UK’s second largest AWP operator.
Gauselmann said that while it has invested in several sectors of the UK market in recent years, including Blueprint Gaming, Praesepe and Betcom, this is its first investment (other than minority shareholdings) in the UK operating sector.
