The UK Gambling Commission has appointed Tim Miller as executive director with responsibility for corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement and evidence and analysis.
Miller will join at the end of August from his current role as head of policy and communications at the Local Government Ombudsman.
Miller has previously worked at the Centre for Public Scrutiny, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, and as a caseworker for The Law Society of England and Wales.
