Sportsbook solutions provider CG Technology has agreed to pay a hefty fine after it was found to have underpaid and overpaid certain bettors in Nevada, with the company’s president and chief executive stepping down as part of the settlement.
CG Technology has agreed to pay a fine of $1.5m to the Nevada Gaming Control Board, while CEO Lee Amaitis will resign from his role, effective August 31st.
