David Hunter has stepped down as CEO of prepaid card solutions provider Ukash, following the company’s acquisition by payment processor Skrill Group.
Skrill confirmed this morning that it had completed the acquisition of Ukash, which will boost the scale and reach of its existing prepay payment solutions business paysafecard.
Last year, the number of transactions using paysafecard worldwide increased by 26 per cent to over 86m, equating to 162 uses per minute.
