Italian gaming operator SNAI has entered into an agreement to merge with Cogemat Group, a rival operator in the Italian gaming market which operates under the Cogetech brand.
SNAI has agreed terms with OI Games S.A and OI Games 2 S.A, Cogemat’s majority shareholders, to integrate the Cogemat/Cogetech Group’s businesses into its operations.
