Gaming Innovation Group (GIG), a subsidiary of Oslo-listed operator and platform provider Nio, has finalised a strategic partnership with Optimizer Invest (OPT) to develop a cloud services company focused on the iGaming sector.
The pair-up is designed to help GIG further develop its iGamingCloud software platform and ramp up development of its cloud-based solution.
The deal also sees OPT, the largest shareholder in operator Betit, acquire a stake in GIG's iGamingCloud division.
