The Administrative Court of Frankfurt has struck the latest blow against Germany’s farcical sports betting licencing process, describing it as unlawful and calling into question the decision-making process of the country’s gambling authority (Glücksspielkollegium).
The court is the second in the state of Hessen, responsible for selecting the 20 licensees, to condemn the process as illegal following a ruling made by the Administrative Court of Wiesbaden last month.
