New Jersey’s gaming regulator, the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), has said that it will not take enforcement action against iGaming affiliates that have promoted unlicensed sites to customers in the state, provided that they cease all activities and come into full compliance with New Jersey law within a set period.
