As the state-owned gaming operator prepares for the launch of its online gaming offering later this year following recent amendments to its licence by Finland's Ministry of Home Affairs, Raha-automaattiyhdistyksen (RAY) has reported a marginal drop in total revenues to €650.8 million for the 2009 financial year.
