Lottery supplier China Vanguard Group (CVG) has agreed to acquire an equity interest in data marketing specialist Caimi (Beijing) Science and Technology Co. Ltd, which the company claims will be “highly complementary” to its core lottery business.
Through a capital injection, CVG will acquire an equity interest of in Caimi for an aggregate cash consideration of RMB13.0m (€1.9m), representing 51 per cent of the enlarged share capital of Caimi.
