iGaming operator bodies urge EC to take action against member states

A number of online gaming operator associations have spoken out against a perceived lack of enforcement action by the European Commission against non-compliant gambling regimes in Europe.

Seven organisations have written to European Ombudsman Emily O'’Reilly demanding that action be taken, noting that despite member states violating EU law on numerous occasions, no action has been taken since 2014.
