Shares in Playtech hit a new 52-week high in London this morning after the company agreed to an early determination of amounts due to the software supplier under its marketing services agreement with UK bookmaker Ladbrokes.
The agreement, which relates to the March 2013 deal between Playtech subsidiary PTTS and Ladbrokes, has been reached in anticipation of the proposed merger of Ladbrokes with Gala Coral and is conditional upon completion of the merger.
