Football Pools operator Sportech confirmed Friday that it has received a proposal from Contagious Gaming to acquire the London-listed gaming operator, although the company’s board has advised shareholders to take no action at this time.
Responding to recent press speculation, Sportech said that Contagious Gaming’s proposal would see the Toronto-listed operator acquire the whole of the issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of the company.
