Zynga’s drive to grow and diversify its Casino franchise has continued with the acquisition of Rising Tide Games, a social casino studio co-founded by the company’s former social slots chief Maytal Olsha.
Olsha left Zynga in September last year to co-found Rising Tide Games, alongside slot development specialist and co-CEO Stuart Zoble, chief technology officer Andrew Sega and chief creative officer Peter Franco, another Zynga veteran. The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
