Canadian lottery supplier Pollard Banknote has confirmed that it will make a formal offer of CAD$43m to acquire Toronto-listed lottery supplier Innova Gaming Group.
The decision comes after a month of discussions between Pollard and Innova, which failed to convince Innova's board to support the transaction.
