With a hearing set to determine the legality of daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests in New York looming, FanDuel has decided to suspend access to paid competitions for customers in the state until a resolution is reached.
The operator has temporarily blocked New York players from entering its contests as of 2:30pm Eastern Standard Time Tuesday (November 17th), having already implemented restrictions on deposit.
