Stockholm-listed Catena Media has made its latest acquisition in the iGaming affiliate space, agreeing a potential €11.9m deal with online casino affiliate Newcasinos.com.
Newcasinos.com was launched in 2015 to provide casino players with the latest trends and news in the industry. Its main markets are the UK, Sweden and Norway.
Catena said the acquisition of Newcasinos.com and related affiliate assets would provide the company with an opportunity for product segmentation, with the acquired assets expected to generate quarterly [...]
