Investment trust Caledonia Investments has completed its acquisition of Gala Coral’s UK bingo clubs division Gala Bingo Holdings, with the division being sold ahead of the operator’s merger with Ladbrokes.
Caledonia Investments has paid a total of £241m for 130 Gala Bingo clubs, putting it in charge of the UK’s largest retail bingo operator.
