The state lottery of Sachsen-Anhalt is to relinquish its stake in the German state lottery-owned betting operator ODS Oddset, dealing a blow to the Deutsche Lotto und Totoblock’s (DLTB) efforts to preserve the 2012 State Treaty on Gambling.
