GSN Games, the social gaming division of the Sony-owned Game Show Network, has acquired Shoreditch-based social casino studio Plumbee for an undisclosed amount.
GSN has acquired 100 per cent of Plumbee’s equity, which was previously backed by Endemol and Idinvest Partners.
GSN said that the deal expands the company’s global footprint to the UK with Plumbee, best known for the Mirrorball Slots app, becoming its London studio.
