Whelan’s DFS bill unanimously approved by NJ Senate Committee

A bill to regulate daily fantasy sports (DFS) in New Jersey has progressed through the state legislature and is set for a second reading following its approval by the Senate State Government, Wagering, Tourism & Historic Preservation Committee.

The bill put forward by Senator Jim Whelan, S-1927, was approved by all members of the committee and now heads to the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee for consideration.
