US gaming and lottery supplier Scientific Games has proposed a private offering of senior secured notes to raise US$350m which will be used to fund its purchase of NYX Gaming Group.
The private offering is to be conducted through its Scientific Games International subsidiary, and will be used alongside cash on hand and borrowings from its existing revolving credit facility to finance the $631m NYX deal.
