Estonia expands blacklist, issues third online licence

The Estonian Tax and Customs Board has issued an online gaming licence to Triogames, bringing the total number of licensed online gaming operators in Estonia to three. At the same time the country's blacklist of international online gaming sites has been expanded, with close to 300 sites now subject to IP blocking.
